When you order a Happy-2b product it will be handmade for you. That may take some time. When it will take us more than three weeks to create you're demands we will contact you via e-mail.

Headgear Replacement Program & Limited Warranty

All our helmets are of excellent quality and made under close quality control. If a helmets function is compromised by normal use, Happy-2b will replace it. Happy-2b warranties its products for all manufacturing and material defects from a period one-year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.

Be aware that our gear is handmade. Irregularities and variance in color give the product its own original characteristics and are not to be considered imperfections. To keep the high gloss finish as good as possible take to the folowing advice: never put any helmet upside down any where, unless it is on your head.

All helmets loose their impact resistance over time. We reccomend that paddling helmets be replaced after every serious impact, and even if you never experience an impact, your lid needs to be replaced every third paddling season.
